Juaboso DCE Visits WASSCE Centres to Monitor Examination Progress

Juaboso: Mr Alexander Adu Quist, the Juaboso District Chief Executive (DCE), has visited the various West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) centres to monitor the ongoing examination in the district. In his engagement with the students, he emphasized the importance of the examination as a culmination of the academic support provided by the government and their parents over the past three years.



According to Ghana News Agency, the DCE expressed his hope that the candidates would complete the examination with excellence. He encouraged the students to approach each paper with focus, trust in their accumulated knowledge and skills, and provide answers to the best of their ability. Mr Quist conveyed his wishes for the students’ hard work and dedication to be rewarded with opportunities to advance their education.



Mr Quist also highlighted the significance of performing well in the exams, as it could enable the candidates to benefit from the government’s ‘No Fees Stress Policy’ and the COCOBOD Child Education Programme, which offer financial support for tertiary education. The DCE took the opportunity to commend the teachers for their efforts in preparing the students adequately for these crucial examinations.
