Tunis: The number of Tunisian irregular migrants arriving in Italy has dropped in 2024 (until May 15), according to figures published on Thursday by the National Migration Observatory (ONM), citing data from the Italian Ministry of the Interior.During this period, the number of Tunisian irregular migrants arriving in Italy amounted to 2,575 people, representing 14% of the total number of irregular arrivals of different nationalities in Italy.This is a decrease compared to the same period of 2023, when the number was 3,291 people, representing 7% of the total number of irregular arrivals in Italy of various nationalities.Source: Agence Tunis Afrique Presse
