The Omanhene of Asante Akim Agogo Nana Akuoko Sarpong has rallied his support for Presidential candidate and Leader of Movement for Change Alan John Kwadwo Kyerematen ahead of the December 7 polls.He has also pledged the support of his traditional area for Alan Kyerematen emphasizing that he and his people know what Alan Kyerematen can do for the country and his people.'Agogoman has nothing to hinder your intentions. All the people are behind you and we won't prevent you from campaigning here', Nana Kwaku Amponsah II, Apagyahehe of Agogo and Representative of Agogomanhene who received Alan and his entourage at his Palace said.Speaking at his palace where Mr Alan John Kwadwo Kyerematen called on him during his campaign in the Ashanti Region ahead of the December polls Nana Kwaku Amponsah II, Apagyahehe of Agogo and Representative of Agogomanhene stated categorically that, Alan is going to be victorious in the 2024 elections adding that they are fully behind him.'We know you will be victorious at the en d and we are fully behind you', he stated.Commenting on Alan's decision to part ways with the New Patriotic Party, Nana Kwaku Amponsah II said it was the right decision adding that 'if not the church will not have grown into various Christian denominations.Source: Ghana News Agency
