Accra: Ghana's Black Satellites experienced a narrow 5-4 defeat on penalties to Egypt in the quarterfinals of the CAF U-20 Africa Cup of Nations at Suez Stadium, resulting in their failure to qualify for the FIFA U-20 World Cup Chile 2025.
