Tunis: Tunisian fencer Farès Ferjani qualified for the semi-finals of the Olympic men's sabre tournament at the Paris 2024 Games by defeating China's Shen Chenpeng (15-14) on Saturday.The Tunisian had previously eliminated South Korea's Gu Bon-gil (15-8) in the first round and Hungary's Gemesi Cesanad (15-14) in the second round.Ferjani will meet Egypt's Zied El-Sissi in the semi-finals, while Italy's Luigi Samele will take on South Korea's Oh Sanguk in the other semi-final.Source: Agence Tunis Afrique Presse
