Tunis: President of the Republic Kais Saied on Monday received Minister of Foreign Affairs, Migration and Tunisians Abroad Nabil Ammar, who handed over to him a letter from Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva.The President of the Republic welcomed a number of initiatives outlined in the letter, including the Global Alliance Against Hunger and Poverty.The opening of the Tunisian commercial and consular office in Sao Paulo will contribute to fostering Tunisia's relations with Brazil in many fields, especially economy, trade and culture.The Head of State stressed in another connection, the role of heads of diplomatic and consular missions in reaching out to Tunisians abroad and the need for their commitment to full impartiality to facilitate the participation of voters in the presidential election set for October 6.Source: Agence Tunis Afrique Presse
