BEN AROUS: A delegation from the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) made a working visit to the headquarters of the Ben Arous governorate on Wednesday as part of the preparations for an in-depth study on the "Urban Mobility Model in Greater Tunis".The study, to be carried out by the Greater Tunis Urban Planning Agency (AUGT) in collaboration with JICA, aims to formulate a strategic vision for urban mobility in the governorates of Tunis, Ben Arous, Ariana and Manouba over the next 15 years.It aims to develop a comprehensive action plan with short, medium and long term objectives, complemented by pragmatic measures.During the visit, the Governor of Ben Arous, Ezzedine Chelbi, stressed the importance of creating all the necessary and favourable conditions to enable the Japanese delegation to start the study without delay.Source: Agence Tunis Afrique Presse
