Gabes: A committal order for the former mayor of Gabes was issued on Monday, Public Prosecutor at the Gabes Court of First Instance Faouzi Dorgham told TAP.The investigation and hearings are underway with the suspect who is facing charges related to using his position to procure for himself or a third party an unjustified advantage, pursaunt to the provisions of Article 96 of the Criminal Code, Dorgham added.Source: Agence Tunis Afrique Presse
