Ghana's team for the upcoming Paris Paralympic Games have arrived at the Games Village ahead of the opening ceremony on August 28, 2024.Following a successful one-week training camp, Team Ghana, consisting of 12 athletes, moved to the Games Village on Wednesday, August 21, 2024.Ghana would compete in four disciplines: para-athletics, para-powerful, paracycling, and para-taekwondo.Tahiru Haruna, who is a medal prospect for Ghana, has been appointed flagbearer for Team Ghana at this year's games.Team Ghana would be making the sixth appearance at the games, which start from August 28-September 8, 2024.Ghana is yet to win a medal at the Paralympics after making her debut at the global showpiece in Athens back in 2024.Source: Ghana News Agency
