He emphasized the importance of nurturing the younger generation for future roles, highlighting that they are the future leaders of the country. The event was part of this year's celebration of the International Day of the Girl Child.Mrs. Thywill Eyra Kpe, Volta Regional Director of the Department of Gender, encouraged participants to be determined and look beyond their current circumstances. She advised them to stay focused on their studies to acquire the necessary knowledge that would position them well for future roles.The Director urged the students to be resilient, aim higher, and commit to developing their abilities and goals to achieve success in life. Some of the girls who spoke to Ghana News Agency expressed gratitude for the opportunity to be nurtured and promised to apply t he knowledge they acquired.
