Krachi East: Long queues have formed at the District Office of the Electoral Commission (EC) in Krachi East constituency as special voting for presidential and parliamentary elections get underway. The special voting, which started at 0700 hours, saw some 200 essential service providers cast their ballot out of 694 as at 0900 hours.According to Ghana News Agency, the long queues are testament to the enthusiasm and dedication of these essential personnel, who are eager to exercise their right to vote. Mr. Klutse Kafui, District Director of EC, has assured the Ghana News Agency (GNA) that all necessary arrangements are in place to facilitate a smooth and peaceful voting process.The special voting exercise is a critical component of Ghana's electoral process, allowing essential personnel to cast their votes before the general elections. This ensures that they can perform their duties on election day without worrying about casting their ballot.
