Tunis: The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA)'s Space Weather Prediction Center (SWPC) has issued a Geomagnetic Storm Warning for May 10. Additional solar eruptions could cause geomagnetic storm conditions to persist through the weekend.The NOAA space weather forecasters have observed at least seven coronal mass ejections (CMEs) from the sun, with impacts expected to persist through May 12.The last extreme (G5) event occurred during the Halloween Storms in October 2003.
