SIDI BOUZID: Grain production in the governorate of Sidi Bouzid for the current agricultural season was estimated at more than 267,000 quintals.Estimates point to a significant increase in production, largely attributable to the expansion of cultivated areas, which increased to 7,492 hectares in 2024 compared to only 5,640 ha the previous year.A meeting dedicated to preparations for the harvest season and the preservation of agricultural operations against fires was held, on Wednesday, at the headquarters of the governorate of Sidi Bouzid.The governor of the region indicated that this meeting made it possible to outline the logistical preparations and measures necessary for the smooth running of the harvest.Source: Agence Tunis Afrique Presse
