Under his leadership, Olam Agri's grain business has become a market leader, commanding a significant share and expanding its operations in neighboring countries.As Country Head, Mr. Biswas will oversee all aspects of Olam Agri's business in Ghana, including its rice and grain businesses, through strategy development, operations management, and stakeholder engagement.He will also be responsible for strengthening the company's position in the market, driving innovation, and contributing to the sustainable development of the local agriculture sector.Mr Biswas takes over from Amit Agrawal, who has led the organisation for over 15 years.
