SEKONDI-TAKORADI: Oheneba Ministries, a gospel-inspired group based in Sekondi-Takoradi, has successfully launched the first edition of its worship and praise concert, 'Hallel 2024'. The event, designed to unite gospel ministers and believers in the region, aimed to express gratitude to God and promote the ministry's mission.
According to Ghana News Agency, the concert, held under the theme 'Light Has Come', derived from Isaiah 60:1, featured a diverse array of performances by gospel ministers, singing groups, choreographers, and comedians. The event took place at the Assemblies of God, Glory and Power Centre in Kweikuma, under the leadership of Minister Eric Afransah. Attendees experienced a variety of activities, including musical performances, choreography, and comedy.
Mr. Eric Afransah, the founder of Oheneba Ministries, expressed his belief that there is no greater mission than glorifying God. He announced that the 'Hallel Concert' is intended to become an annual event and called on philanthropists and organizations to support the ministry's mission to reach souls through music and the word of God.
Guest Pastor Reverend Emmanuel Owusu-Akyaw emphasized the importance of investing in the kingdom of God, suggesting that such investments would lead to personal transformation and fulfillment. The program aims to be an annual gathering, offering believers an opportunity to connect with their faith.
