Additionally, Mama Ngorgbe I, a renowned Ghana Football Association (GFA) Referee Instructor, delivered a thought-provoking keynote address emphasizing respect, discipline, and decency as essential qualities for success in sports.Miss Tilda Acorlor engaged in a captivating one-on-one conversation with Elizabeth Opoku, captain of Ghana's National Female Hockey Team, the Black Sticks Ladies. The conversation provided valuable insights and motivation for the young girls and the audience present. A panel discussion hosted by Miss Regina Amexo centered on the importance of sports and its benefits for girls, featuring speakers like Millicent Dorgbefu on Female Physique and Nutrition, and Madam Vivian Dugblour, who underscored the transformative power of sports and education in empowering young girls.The panel discussions provided priceless insights on promoting physical and mental well-being, building confidence, and fostering teamwork among girls in sports. The Ho Municipal Commander, Chief Superintendent Alale, conducted an informative session on self-defense techniques, leaving participants amazed and empowered.
