Mr Auberon Jeleel Odoom, Executive Director of Inclusion Ghana, a network of organisations dedicated to the inclusion of persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities, has been elected as the Secretary General of the African Disability Forum.The Africa Disability Forum (ADF) is a forum that seeks to strengthen and unify the voices of Africans with disabilities.A congratulatory message issued by the Ghana Federation of Disability Organisations (GFD) and copied to the Ghana News Agency said Mr Odoom's election as Secretary General placed him at the forefront of shaping inclusive policies and advocating the rights of persons with disabilities across Africa for the next four years.'We are confident that his leadership will bring about meaningful change and further strengthen the mission of the ADF in promoting an inclusive and accessible society for all,' the message said.Source: Ghana News Agency
