The Ghana Atomic Energy Commission (GAEC) has organised a preparatory workshop for the 2023/2024 cohort of its National Service Personnel in Accra.The workshop aimed to equip the fifty participants, who are completing their service with the Commission at the end of September, with essential skills for the world of work.The personnel were trained in areas such as emotional intelligence, teamwork, and effective change management, according to a statement signed by Anthony Nana Boateng, Director of Commercialization and Communication at GAEC.The workshop was organised by GAEC's Human Resources Directorate in collaboration with the Organisation Development Institute (ODI).Notable instructors included Prof. Nobel Kumawu, President of the Organisation Development Institute, and Mrs. Emefa Awudi-Depkeh, Deputy Director of Human Resources at GAEC.Source: Ghana News Agency
