Two delegations from the University of Ghana Medical Centre and University of Fraser Valley, Canada, have paid a courtesy call on the Inspector-General of Police (IGP), Dr George Akuffo Dampare.The delegation from the University of Ghana Medical Centre, led by Chief Executive Officer, Dr Kwame Anim-Boamah, commended IGP Dr Dampare and the Police Administration for the positive transformation of the Ghana Police Service during their visit at the National Headquarters of the Ghana Police Service in Accra.In a press statement copied the Ghana News Agency said the University of the Fraser Valley (UFV) was represented by Associate Professor and Head of the Political Science Department, Dr Edward Akuffo and Associate Vice President of UFV International, David McGuire.Discussions during the visits were on a range of topics, including educational initiatives.Source: Ghana News Agency
