Accra: Hearts of Oak have announced the appointment of Mas-ud Didi Dramani as the club's new head coach. This decision follows his signing of a two-year contract, succeeding coach Aboubakar Ouattara, who has departed from the club.According to Ghana News Agency, a statement from the management of Hearts of Oak detailed that the change was made after a review of the 2024-25 football season. The statement highlighted that the Board of Hearts of Oak conducted a comprehensive evaluation of the technical team and player performance, leading to strategic changes aimed at strengthening the team.The statement confirmed that Didi Dramani's appointment is effective immediately, with expectations for him to enhance Hearts of Oak's technical capabilities. Dramani brings a wealth of experience, having managed several elite clubs. His previous roles include serving as assistant coach of Ghana's Black Stars and head coach of the Black Galaxies, where he successfully led Kotoko to two Premier League titles.Didi Dramani holds various FIFA and CAF coaching certificates, including UEFA License B, CAF License A, and accreditation as a CAF Instructor. The club statement also mentioned that Dramani is set to meet with the playing squad to outline his plans and philosophy. His immediate focus will be on preparing the team for the upcoming 2025 President's Cup and the Eko International Tournament in Nigeria.
