?Ghana Premier League side Dreams FC have been nominated for the Club of the Year at this year's Confederation of African Football (CAF) Awards.CAF, Africa's football governing body, has announced the full list of nominees for this year's awards, which would be held in Marrakech, Morocco, on December 16, 2024.Other clubs nominated for Club of the Year include TP Mazembe, Al Ahly, RS Berkane, Mamelodi Sundowns, Young Africans, Simba, Esperance, Petro Atletico, and Zamalek.Dreams FC, winners of the 2023 MTN FA Cup, represented Ghana in the 2023-24 CAF Confederations Cup, reaching the semi-finals after being eliminated by Egyptian side Zamalek.Following their outstanding performances in the Confederations Cup, two Dreams FC players, John Antwi and Abdul Aziz Issah, were also nominated for Men's Interclub Player of the Year.?Aziz Issah, who was also nominated for Young Player of the Year award, was recently snapped up by Barcelona FC, following his remarkable exploits last season.Source: Ghana News A gency
