Two Multi-Stakeholder Group members involved in the steering of Construction/ Infrastructure Sector Transparency Initiative, (CoST) Sekondi-Takoradi have ended their tenure.They are; Mr. John Kwesi Buckman (vice Chair) and Ms. Perpetual Okere (from the procurement department of Sekondi Takoradi Metropolitan Assembly STMA) who each received Citation in honour of their invaluable contributions to ensuring that the Assemblies under the CoST project earned value for money and better Infrastructure for all its citizens.The CoST Sekondi-Takoradi organized a farewell dinner for them as well.They are replaced by Mr Elgiver Donkor (civil engineer, from the roads department-STMA) and Michael Beyaw (Quantity Survey, head of works, Wassa East District Assembly) who were also introduced and inducted as government representative to serve on the MSG in addition to Mrs. Elizabeth Arthur (Metropolitan Statistician, STMA) who joined the MSG two years ago.Mr. Isaac Aidoo, the Manager of the CoST project, was grateful t o the two for making bare their expertise for the advancement of the project.The CoST projects run in eight Assemblies of the Western Region to ensure that better Infrastructure were developed for the Ghanaian.Source: Ghana News Agency
