Accra: To set the tone for the 2025 business year, Promasidor Ghana (PGH) has held a two-day Extended Leadership and Commercial Conference in Accra. The conference enabled the company to discuss the take-off of its second strategic objective out of its five-step business plan, dubbed 'Triad 5:85.'According to Ghana News Agency, the sessions, themed 'Doing the Right Thing: Focusing on Controllable Factors as a Lever for Sustained Continued High Growth,' brought together the leadership team, managers, and team leads of the company nationwide to ideate. Mr. Festus Tettey, Promasidor Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of ECOWAS, excluding Nigeria, emphasized that 2025 is a year of new beginnings, bringing opportunities for growth and innovation to the business.Mr. Tettey urged the team to focus, remain disciplined, determined, and apply consistent efforts to achieve the company's 2025 objectives. He highlighted the importance of concentrating on controllable factors to grow the business and enrich the lives of con sumers through quality products and exceptional experiences.Mr. Samir Sadaoui, PGH's CEO, expressed eagerness to begin the year's journey with all PGH staff to build on the accomplishments of 2024. He emphasized the significance of teamwork and expressed gratitude to all employees for their support and dedication, which have been crucial to Promasidor Ghana's success.On the Commercial Conference front, Mr. Abiodun Ayodeji, the Commercial Director of PGH, thanked staff, distributors, and consumers for their unwavering support and hard work throughout the past year.
