Tunis: Spokesperson for the Independent High authority for elections (ISIE) Mohamed Tlili Mnasri said that candidate files for the presidential elections which are missing some documents will be accepted provided that they are fully completed no later than August 6. All documents must be certified before the deadline.Speaking to TAP on Tuesday, he added that the candidates could resolve some issues related to endorsements during the period devoted to the examination of candidacy files which will take place from August 7 to 10.The submission of candidacies for the presidential election of October 6, 2024 began on Monday, July 29 and continues on August 6 from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at ISIE.Source: Agence Tunis Afrique Presse
