ACCRA: In a demonstration of community support and religious outreach, Paradise Outreach Ministries, a Christian youth-focused non-governmental organization, served meals to 1,000 individuals and donated clothing in a yuletide event. The organization, aiming to spread goodwill and religious teachings, also presented "pregnancy hampers" to expectant mothers during the event.
According to Ghana News Agency, Reverend Dr. Aaron Anthony, chancellor of the End Time Harvest Bible College, encouraged the community to connect with their faith, emphasizing that only God can fulfill their needs for survival. He portrayed Jesus as a transformative force capable of providing hope and changing lives. Reverend Dr. Anthony urged attendees to mend their spiritual relationships, inviting them to come as they are, without the need for prior righteousness.
The event, which led to 18 individuals committing their lives to Christ, was part of an annual initiative by Paradise Outreach Ministries. Pastor Vincent Amissah, the founder and leader of the organization, stated that the purpose of the outdoor event is to spread the message of Christ and ignite compassion during the Christmas season. He expressed gratitude to both local and international partners for their collaboration in making the outreach possible.
