New Ahmadiyya Mosque Complex Inaugurated in Senya.

Senya: Maulvi Noor Muhammad Bin Salih, the Ameer, Head and Missionary-In-Charge of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Mission in Ghana, has inaugurated a modern 200-capacity Ahmadiyya mosque complex at Senya in Awutu-Senya-West District. Addressing the gathering before the ceremony, Maulvi Mohammed Bin Salih began with a message about the story of Prophet Mohammed and his teachings from the Quran, encouraging Muslims to reflect on their lives and do good always.According to Ghana News Agency, the Ameer stressed the significance of building a house of God, highlighting it as a blessing not only for the late Amatu Salam or her family, who generously provided the land, but also for its contributions towards the benefits of future generations. He expressed gratitude for the sacrifices made by all those involved in creating the place of worship and thanked Allah for granting them the strength to make such sacrifices.He further stated that the unveiling of the mosque demonstrated a commitment and dedication to the service o f Allah. As Ahmadis, it was imperative to emulate those who initiated and contributed to the construction of the mosque so that their names would be remembered in the good books of Allah. The commissioning of the new mosque in Senya, he said, was a testament to the growth and strength of the local Muslim community, providing much-needed space for worship and serving as a symbol of unity and pride for the community.Maulvi Bin Salih advised everyone to seek Allah's mercy and guidance in carrying out their religious duties effectively as stated in the Quran, to reap the blessings of Allah in both this world and the hereafter. He urged the youth to take their congregation worship seriously, to always do good, assuring them that Allah would never forsake them. Additionally, he advocated for unity and cohesion to move forward as one family, encouraging the community to make good use of the mosque to please the Almighty Allah and to ensure it does not become a white elephant.
