Accra: The National Communication Authority (NCA) and Next Gen Infraco (NGIC) have emphasized the critical need for a robust partnership to address the challenges associated with the large-scale implementation of 5G technology. These challenges include ensuring adequate infrastructure, navigating regulatory complexities, and managing the anticipated increase in data traffic.
According to Ghana News Agency, the two organizations highlighted the necessity of collaboration to develop innovative solutions to these challenges, ultimately aiming for the successful deployment of 5G across Ghana. The discussion occurred during a courtesy visit by the NGIC management team to the Acting Director General of the NCA, Reverend Engineer Edmund Yirenkyi Fianko. The visit was intended to reinforce the relationship between NGIC and the NCA as they collaborate to advance connectivity and technological progress in the country.
