Nana Akua Hemma Kanyitey, Queen Mother of Kpadjai in the Kpandai District of the Northern Region has appealed to the government to construct the Kpadjai Road to improve the livelihoods of the people.She said the deplorable nature of the road was negatively impacting agribusiness in the Tahe area.She made the appeal in an interview with the Ghana News Agency at Kanyitey.Nana Kanyitey said the poor road network hindered smooth transportation of farm produce to urban centres, which affected incomes of farmers in the area, adding that the situation prolonged time spent to transport farm produce to market centres with its attendant problems.She said constructing the road was crucial to boost agricultural production in the area and improve the livelihoods of the people.Source: Ghana News Agency
