Tunis: Paralympic champion Walid Ktila on Sunday won a silver medal clocking 51m 12s, at the Men's 400m T34 Final in Kobe Para Athletics Championships (May 17-25, Japan).Mohammed Nidhal Khelifi for his part, clinched the bronze medal in the Men's 400m T53 Final, clocking 53m 41s.Tunisia's medal tally thus rises to 6 (1 gold, 2 silver, and 3 bronze).Raoua Tlili claimed gold in the shot put F41 category shot put (10.15 meters), while Maroua Ibrahmi secured silver in the F32 category women's club throw (26.60 meters).The two bronze medals went to Ahmed Ben Moslah in the shot put (F37 category) with a throw of 15.34 meters and Somaya Bousaid in the 1500m race (T13) in 4m 34s 74.Tunisia is represented by 16 athletes in the Kobe 2024 Para Athletics World Championships, including Raoua Tlili, Walid Ktila, Rajaa jebali, Rouay Jebabli, Somaya Bousaid, Ahmed Ben Moslah, Yousra Ben Jemaa, Yassine Guenichi, Nourhein Belhaj Salem, Bechir Agoubi, Jihen Azaiez, Amen Allah Tissaoui, Saida Neili, Mohamed Nidhal Khli fi, Samar Ben Koelleb, and Maroua Ibrahmi.Source: Agence Tunis Afrique Presse
