Klo-agogo: The Klo-Agogo Presbyterian Basic School in the Yilo Krobo Municipality of the Eastern Region has appealed for classrooms to improve teaching and learning in the school. Mr. Aniewu Godstime, the Headteacher of the School, shared that a windstorm had collapsed the wooden structure which served as the classroom for the Junior High School (JHS) and Kindergarten (KG) block in November last year.According to Ghana News Agency, Mr. Godstime explained that since the collapse, teaching and learning had slowed down due to inadequate classrooms. He further appealed for public support, highlighting that the school currently accommodates about 250 pupils and students.Mr. Godstime also reached out to Dr. Albert Tetteh Nyarkotey, the Member of Parliament for the area, and the Municipal Assembly for assistance. Mr. Harold Kofi Kuma, the Assembly Member for the Klo-Agogo Electoral Area, informed the Ghana News Agency that he had officially notified the Assembly about the condition of the school children. He a ssured that the Assembly was actively working to address the issue.
