Jasikan MCE Embarks on Working Visits to Key Institutions

Jasikan: The Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for Jasikan, Mr. Parke-Davis Magyigbe, has embarked on a series of working visits to institutions, security agencies, health facilities, and educational centers across the municipality.

According to Ghana News Agency, the MCE was accompanied by the Municipal Coordinating Director, Mr. James Awapoayi, and key staff of the Jasikan Municipal Assembly. The purpose of the tour was to assess challenges, strengthen collaboration, and drive development within the municipality.

During the visits, the MCE highlighted the need for improved infrastructure and enhanced service delivery. He also stressed the importance of community participation in local governance. Mr. Magyigbe inspected facilities at senior high and technical schools, engaged in discussions about academic performance, and pledged support for stalled projects under the Free SHS policy.

At security command posts, he acknowledged the efforts of officers and addressed issues such as crime prevention, fire safety, and drug abuse. Mr. Magyigbe reiterated his commitment to an inclusive, development-driven approach, encouraging stakeholders to partner with the Assembly for progress.

He emphasized that these visits are crucial for understanding challenges firsthand and delivering effective solutions. The tour has set the tone for actionable follow-ups, reinforcing confidence in the municipality's growth trajectory under his leadership.

The MCE's engagements covered critical sectors, including education, security, transport, and economic empowerment. Interactions with the roads authority, road safety officials, and other stakeholders resulted in assurances of timely interventions from the Assembly.
