Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh, the running mate for the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) has emphasised that most developmental projects needed to be executed by NPP administration proved futile.According to him, the current nature of parliament without a clear majority in favor of the ruling government has made decision making very difficult in parliament.Speaking at the forecourt of the Juaben Palace in the Ashanti Region, Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh indicated that there are a lot of pending bills in Parliament that needed approval but opposition legislators have resisted it.As a result, decision making by lawmakers in President Akufo-Addo's second term has become very difficult. He therefore urged Ghanaians to vote for both Dr. Bawumia and the NPP Parliamentary Candidates and avoid 'skirt and blouse' in the upcoming 2024 general elections.Source: Ghana Web
