Dr. Adomako-Mensah identified the SSD's personnel as essential contributors to national revenue collection and outlined five pillars of transformation, including Talent Optimization and Operational Excellence.Dr. Adomako-Mensah also announced the launch of a Transformation Steering Committee and three pilot projects set for the third quarter of 2025, with progress to be tracked through KPIs and quarterly reviews. Brigadier General Glover Ashong Annan, Commissioner of the Customs Division, praised the SSD's foundational role, emphasizing its importance in revenue mobilization and compliance. He encouraged the division to reaffirm its role as a change agent.Mr. Daniel Edisi from the Domestic Tax Revenue Divisi on described the retreat as a family reunion of collaborative partners, acknowledging the SSD's efforts in enabling operational success. He advocated for continued unity and professionalism across divisions to achieve the GRA's mission. The retreat was attended by directors, staff of the SSD, and representatives from various GRA divisions.
