Tunis: The Investigating Judge at the Tunis Court of First Instance decided, on Friday, to keep former Health Minister and Secretary-General of the "Labour and Achievement" party Abdellatif Mekki at liberty.The decision was made after hearing him in the case involving the death of businessman Jilani Dabboussi, said the party's Deputy Secretary-General Ahmed Neffati.Neffati told TAP that the investigative judge took several measures against Abdellatif Mekki including "a travel ban" as well as "a ban from appearing in the media until the next hearing, to be held within a month."Source: Agence Tunis Afrique Presse
