The Alliance Française-Bizerte organises the third edition of Sea Feasts, on the sidelines of the 6th edition of the World Sea Forum set for next September 22 in Bizerte on the theme “The Ocean and the Mediterranean in the Age of Boiling.” Topping the agenda are environment-themed film and documentary screenings, in partnership with Envirofest. Light animations and shows by Mateur majorettes, El Kharja and Stambali of the Médina bands are also scheduled. Sea Feasts are designed to raise awareness about environment challenges and the protection and promotion of coastal and maritime heritage. The Sea Forum is the first major meeting with focus on the challenges facing the ocean and the Mediterranean sea after the heat wave of summer 2023. Its sixth edition will see the participation of some forty Tunisian and foreign experts who are expected to put forward proposals and recommendations on “Ocean 2050 as we want it.”
