He highlighted that leadership goes beyond holding significant titles, focusing instead on inspiring team members and strategically overcoming challenges.He advised graduates to use technology to work smarter and stay ahead in their fields, stressing the importance of adaptability. He also challenged the notion that foreign experience is necessary for success, asserting that Ghanaians can build strong careers locally with the right mindset and hard work.Mr. Adadevoh urged students to consider the legacy they w ish to leave, noting that true leadership is measured by the positive impact on people and institutions rather than self-praise.
