Mahama Revokes Appointment of Anne Sansa Daly as NHIA Board Member

Accra: President John Dramani Mahama has with immediate effect, revoked the appointment of Madam Anne Sansa Daly as a Board Member of the National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA).

According to Ghana News Agency, Dr Callistus Mahama, the Executive Secretary to the President, communicated this decision in a letter addressed to the Minister of Health. The letter stated that President Mahama has nominated Professor Dr Ernest Yorke to replace Madam Daly as a member of the NHIA Board.

The letter also instructed the Health Minister to take the necessary steps to facilitate the swearing-in of Prof Yorke accordingly.
