Goaso: Apostle Samuel Otu Appiah, Goaso Area Head of the Church of Pentecost, has implored Ghanaians to work hard to build a prosperous and attractive country. He emphasized that the Almighty God has been gracious and merciful to the nation and its people, stating, "All we need to do now, is to work hard to maintain excellent standards in our endeavours in nation-building."
According to Ghana News Agency, Apostle Otu Appiah gave this advice in an interview. He noted that after successful and peaceful elections, transition, and swearing-in of leadership, the stage is now set for collective efforts to advance the national development agenda. He encouraged everyone to strive to give their best in all fields of their endeavors.
Apostle Otu Appiah highlighted that when parents and children uphold and demonstrate virtues such as discipline, hard work, truthfulness, patriotism, and excellence, the cumulative effect could lead to greater transformation for the nation and its people. He expressed hope that with dedication to excellence, Ghana could become a destination where people from around the world would seek to improve their lives, similar to the USA and Western countries.
He urged Ghanaians to work towards building a prosperous and peaceful society that would be a preferred destination in the global community. He stressed the importance of seeking divine guidance and remaining obedient to achieve this goal.
Apostle Otu Appiah also reminded the Ghanaian media of their crucial role in achieving national success and emphasized that they must not fail in their duties.
