He underscored the media's critical role in educating customers and disseminating information, stating that it is essential to engage with media outlets across the entire nation, not just in Accra. While this initiative concludes this year, Mr. Amponsah assured that more community development projects are on the horizon. The bank also played a crucial role during the COVID-19 pandemic by supporting the rapid establishment of the COVID-19 Treatment Centre in Accra.
Looking ahead, Mr. Amponsah reiterated Fidelity Bank's dedication to continuous improvement and customer feedback. The bank plans to introduce innovative products, including 'Busia,' a digital lending solution, to simplify banking and enhance accessibility. He assured that the bank is committed to removing obstacles in banking and consistently delivering service excellence to customers.
Madam Stephanie Agbalenyoh, Ho Branch Manager, assured customers of the bank's robust fraud prevention measures and advised them to contact the bank promptly if they experience any issues with their Visa cards.
