Volta GTA Celebrates National Chocolate Day with Heartfelt Community Outreach

According to Ghana News Agency:uarm, Regional Director of GTA, emphasized that the visitation was a way to celebrate National Chocolate Day and show affection to the people, particularly the children in the Pediatric Unit. He highlighted the need for improvements in the road network to various tourist attractions to boost tourism in the Volta Region.

Dr. John Tampuori, Chief Executive of the Ho Teaching Hospital, praised the GTA and its partner for their civic responsibility. He noted the positive impact of such gestures on patients' health, particularly through the sharing of chocolates, which could help alleviate pain. Dr. Selorm Tsrakasu, Head of the Pediatric Unit, expressed excitement over the gifts, acknowledging the importance of community support in their work with children and the role of chocolate in boosting immunity and happiness.

Madam Vida Nkpenntey Onai, Supervisor of Frankdoful Car Hire Purchase Agency, a private transport operator, stated that her company partnered with the GTA to extend love to Ghanaians, especially children, during this year's National Chocolate Day. She affirmed their commitment to continue helping humanity as part of their Corporate Social Responsibility and encouraged parents of special needs children to offer them proper care and nurture.
