St. James Old Boys Association Honors Legacy of Late Sqn. Ldr. Peter Anala

Sunyani: The St. James Old Boys Association (JOBA) has extended condolences to the families affected by the passing of Squadron Leader Peter B. Anala and other victims, including Dr. Edward Omane Boamah and Ibrahim Murtala Muhammed, in a recent crash in the Adansi Akrofuom District of the Ashanti Region.



According to Ghana News Agency, the tragic incident claimed the lives of eight individuals, including key government figures and military personnel. The late Sqn. Ldr. Anala was part of the 2007 Year Group of Abesim St James Seminary and Senior High School in the Bono Region. Dr. Adu Appiah-Kubi, JOBA’s Global President, highlighted Anala’s embodiment of the school’s values of sincerity, fidelity, and perseverance.



The statement emphasized Anala’s discipline as a soldier, his leadership qualities, and his commitment to the Catholic faith. As a Squadron Leader, he was known for his courage and dedication to excellence. His contributions extended beyond military service, actively participating in church missions and community welfare.



JOBA remembered Anala for his humility, professionalism, and commitment to service. They expressed deep condolences to his family, the Ghana Armed Forces, and the Catholic community, acknowledging his impact as a patriot and a role model for the values upheld by the association.
