Accra: The Attorney-General and Minister of Justice has withdrawn all charges against former Works and Housing Minister, Mr. Collins Dauda, and four others involved in the $200-million Saglemi Housing trial.

According to Ghana News Agency, Madam Hilda Craig, the Principal State Attorney, informed the court that the prosecution was present to submit a nolle prosequi in the case initially filed on February 7. A nolle prosequi notice was filed at the High Court (Financial Division 1) in Accra on Friday, February 7, 2025, indicating the State's intention to discontinue the prosecution of Collins Dauda, Kweku Agyeman-Mensah, and Alhaji Ziblim Yakubu.

The other individuals affected by this decision are Nouvi Tetteh Angelo, CEO of Ridge Management Solutions Ghana Limited, and Andrew Clocanas, the former Executive Chairman of Construtora OAS Ghana Limited, who is deceased. The notice, signed by the Attorney General, officially concludes the State's case against these individuals.
