Odomase: The fourth edition of the 'Meko Bono' festival is scheduled to take place from August 4 to August 9, 2025, in the Bono Region. Pre-festival activities will commence on August 1 and run through August 3, 2025. The festival will feature cultural performances, a food bazaar, and traditional rituals.

According to Ghana News Agency, Mr. Eric Asante, the Communications Officer for the event organizer 'Bonofie', announced that preparations are underway for the festival. The festival is themed 'from unity, heritage to prosperity' and aims to showcase the culture and traditions of the Bono people and their chiefs.

Speaking at a press conference in Odomase, located in the Sunyani West Municipality, Mr. Asante confirmed that Odomase would be the host for the five-day event. The festival will culminate in a grand durbar attended by the region's chiefs and residents.
