Dambai: In a heartwarming display of faith and community, Muslim faithful gathered in Dambai for Eid-al-Fitr prayers, marking the end of Ramadan. The congregational prayer, Salat al-Eid, was performed in the morning, shortly after sunrise. According to Ghana News Agency, Mallam Baba Al-hassan, Deputy Chief Imam of the Ahlussuna Wal-Jama’Ah, delivered a sermon, Khutbah, after the prayer, emphasising the significance of Eid-al-Fitr and the importance of gratitude, good deeds, and communal harmony. The Eid-al-Fitr celebrations in Dambai were filled with traditional dishes, gift-giving, and family gatherings. The occasion was a time for the Muslim community to come together, strengthen bonds, and renew their commitment to their faith.
