Kete-Krachi: World Vision's Kete-Krachi Cluster has donated various items to support the maiden Teachers' Awards in Krachi West of the Oti Region. The initiative aims to honor local educators for their dedication and contributions to community development.
According to Ghana News Agency, the donation includes 32-inch Nasco televisions, refrigerators, gas cylinders, standing fans, and a solar system with FM/MP3 functionality. These contributions are intended to motivate educators by acknowledging their hard work and commitment.
The Cluster Manager, Mr. August Nyaaba, highlighted the significance of recognizing teachers' efforts, stating that they are the backbone of any society. He emphasized that such initiatives are essential in motivating educators and underscoring their role in societal progress.
Municipal Chief Executive (MCE), Mr. Prosper Addo, lauded the gesture and urged for greater community involvement in supporting education. He described World Vision's donation as a timely reminder of the importance of collective efforts to uplift the educational sector.
