Kumasi: It is the responsibility of NPP constituency executive members to unite and organize to bring people together to build a strong foundation for the party. They have to put in more effort to drop their egos, personal behaviors, and work to build the party to face the fight ahead in 2028.According to Ghana News Agency, Odeneho Kwaku Appiah, former NPP Chairman for Afigya Kwabre South Constituency, emphasized unity, teamwork, collaboration, and mutual support to achieve shared objectives for the party. Addressing the NPP Constituency Chairmen Caucus in Kumasi, he stated the importance of working closely with other constituency executive members to make the party attractive to voters. "We cannot force voters to choose the NPP. What we say and do will attract votes," he stated.Odeneho Appiah, who previously chaired the Ashanti regional NPP Constituency Chairmen Caucus, highlighted the need for constituency chairmen to stand united to overcome difficulties, solve problems, and make progress. He advocated for practical ideas at all levels to promote fairness, accountability, transparency, and unity in the interest of the party's integrity.Appiah acknowledged that no civilized society would have issues with dissenting views, emphasizing democracy's need for such diversity. He urged constituency chairmen and other party executives to protect, promote, rebuild, reorganize, and maintain the party's integrity to enable it to win the 2028 elections. They must respect and work with everyone to achieve the party's overall interest, asserting that achieving the party's interest would lead to fulfilling their individual interests.He stressed the necessity for party chairmen to guide the executive in developing and implementing the party's strategy, aligning people with party goals and objectives to secure victory in the 2028 elections. Building and maintaining strong relationships with all executive members and aiding them in making informed decisions were also underscored as critical tasks.Odeneho Appiah conclude d by stressing the importance of addressing all concerns within the party immediately to maintain focus on strategies that would help the NPP win the 2028 elections.
