VRCC Pledges Support to Expedite District Road Improvement Programme

According to ghana news agency:ccording to Ghana News Agency, Mr. Gunu expressed this commitment during a meeting with the District Road Improvement Programme (DRIP) Coordinators, led by the Regional Coordinator, Mr. Wogbe Elliot, at the VRCC. The meeting emphasized the importance of adhering to due process and maintaining proper procedures to extend the lifespan of equipment. Mr. Gunu also highlighted the need for humility and dedication in delivering services to the people of the region.

The Regional Minister reminded the coordinators that the success of DRIP directly reflects on the performance of the Mahama administration, encouraging them to show diligence, discipline, and commitment beyond the ordinary. "Let's get the work done-and done well," Mr. Gunu urged.

Chief Director of VRCC, Mr. Augustus Awity, advised the coordinators to respect due process and procedures to ensure the longevity of their machines and urged them to remain humble in serving the people. Mr. Wogbe Elliot, the Volta Regional Coordinator, speaking on behalf of the District Coordinators, commended the Minister for his support and pledged their full commitment to ensuring the programme achieves its objectives.
