Vice President Opoku-Agyemang Resumes Duty After Medical Leave

Accra: Vice President Professor Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang resumed her duty at the Presidency on Monday, May 26, after returning from medical leave in London, United Kingdom. She attended a general meeting of political appointees at the Presidency upon her return to Accra.

According to Ghana News Agency, the Presidency released a statement regarding her return. Mr. Julius Debrah, the Chief of Staff at the Presidency, welcomed Vice President Opoku-Agyemang back on behalf of the team, expressing their happiness to have her back in the office.

Vice President Prof Opoku-Agyemang expressed gratitude to her colleagues for their well wishes and for the work they have continued in support of the President's vision to reset and rebuild the nation. She encouraged everyone to move forward with renewed energy and determination.
