According to Ghana News Agency, the event will be held under the theme 'Empowering Young Minds, Realizing Africa's Dream' and is hosted by Shenmo Educational International Group, headquartered in Beijing, China, with Shenmo Rwanda as the main organizer. More than 1,000 young Africans, aged six to 15, are expected to participate in the competition. The Ghana team, which includes Mr. Musa Frimpong, Shenmo Ghana Principal, Mr. Joseph Gyebi, Shenmo Ghana Abacus Instructor, and two students from Al-Hikmah Islamic Montessori School in Accra, will depart for Kigali on October 15 and return on October 22. They are expected to display Ghana's brightest abacus and mental math talents, engage in cultural exchange programs promoting unity, create networking opportunities among young scholars and educators, and drive Africa's future by empowering its young minds.
