Accra: The Ghana Police Service has launched an investigation into a viral TikTok video in which threats were allegedly made against President John Dramani Mahama and First Lady Lordina Mahama.According to Ghana News Agency, two individuals, Prince Ofori and Yayra Abiwu, are currently in police custody assisting with the ongoing investigation. Efforts are underway to locate other individuals believed to be connected to the video, to aid in the investigation.The video, which has been widely circulated on social media platforms, reportedly contains threatening remarks directed at the President and his spouse.The Police have assured the public of their commitment to ensuring the safety and security of all citizens. They have urged people to refrain from creating or sharing content that incites violence or threatens public order.
